How do I reserve a residence?

Fill in the reservation form or contact us — a sales manager will reach you within 24 hours. Reservations are formalised by agreement and held for 10 business days while the main contract is prepared.

Are instalment plans available?

Yes — an interest-free internal instalment plan until completion, with a down payment from 20%. We also partner with leading banks on mortgage financing.

In what condition are residences delivered?

By default, residences are delivered in an enhanced white-frame condition. A full turnkey finish is also available — choose from three packages by our interior team.

When will construction be completed?

Is parking included in the price?

A parking space is a separate unit. Buyers from the 2nd floor upwards have a guaranteed right to purchase an underground space.
